The Role

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Solution Architects on solution design and assessments
  • Working closely with Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Planning, managing, and executing internal and cross-functional projects
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on platforms and services under development
  • Staying up to date with platform and service roadmaps
  • Collaborating with Engineering teams across regions globally
  • Championing good development practices
  • Removing technical blockers for individuals and teams
  • Resolving technical and security incidents
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with technology, product, and operations teams
  • Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies hindering performance or progress and proposing measurable, risk-managed improvements
