🚀 Python Team Lead - Cricket - Sports Betting - London

I’m working with a highly data-driven technology business that combines Python, statistical modelling, massive datasets and low-latency systems to predict sporting events with remarkable accuracy. They’re looking for a hands-on Python Team Lead to take ownership of their cricket platform.

💻 Tech: Python 3.10+, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, WebSockets, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana & Vue.js.
What they’re looking for:
- ✅ 5+ years software development experience
- ✅ Strong Python background
- ✅ 1+ year in a technical leadership role
- ✅ Experience solving complex, real-world engineering problems
- ✅ Someone who can combine technical depth with strong leadership
