About the Role

Some customers buy an Aston Martin. Others create one unlike any Aston Martin the world has ever seen.

The Q by Aston Martin division sits at the pinnacle of luxury, craftsmanship, and personalisation. It's where extraordinary ideas become reality, where customers collaborate with our teams to create truly bespoke vehicles, and where the boundaries of automotive luxury continue to be redefined. Commercial Strategy Planning Manager - Q.docx states that Q and Special Sales is responsible for defining the ultra-luxury positioning of the Aston Martin brand through unique products and exceptional customer experiences.

We're looking for a Manager, Q Commercial Strategy & Planning to help shape what comes next.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the future direction of one of the most exclusive automotive offerings in the world. You'll play a central role in defining the strategy, vision, and long-term roadmap for the Q portfolio, ensuring our products continue to exceed customer expectations while supporting Aston Martin's wider commercial objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
