Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the formatting, and distribution of quality documents such as Follow Up Documents (FUDs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) etc.
- Maintain and update document registers, logs, and trackers to support quality team operations.
- Support the compilation and submission of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) and other QA deliverables.
- Perform administrative duties including meeting coordination, minute-taking, data entry, and general document filing.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to gather or distribute quality documentation as required.
- Assist in tracking NCRs, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions (CAPA) within quality systems or databases.
- Ensure that records are uploaded to the correct location in the project’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) in line with version control and configuration rules.
- Support QA personnel during audits, inspections, and reviews by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
- Any other reasonable tasks requested by the line manager

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in an engineering, construction, or quality-related environment.
- Experience working with document control systems and understanding of document lifecycle processes.
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Document Control, or similar (i.e., NVQ Level 2/3 etc.)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of quality management systems and documentation standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, highly regulated project environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications
- Previous involvement in document control, project support, or quality management teams on large infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Previous experience working on Hinkley Point C or another Nuclear Licensed Site.
- Familiarity with EDF’s EDMS (i.e., Switch, Team Centre, SharePoint).
- Awareness of Lifetime Records.
