Location: Dereham, Norfolk

Salary: Circa £32,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time, fully site-based

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00

Are you an organised administrator who enjoys bringing structure to a busy working environment?

ISQ Recruitment are supporting an established agricultural business in their search for a dependable QA Administrator. This role is primarily about strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Working closely with the QA Manager and Production team, you will manage important administrative processes, maintain accurate information and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing documentation and information packs for poultry movements and depletions
  • Maintaining QA records, reports and Excel-based databases
  • Processing UK AI submissions and creating supporting maps
  • Producing monthly reports, charts, graphs and flock age reports
  • Coordinating feed orders and helping to resolve delivery disruptions across UK farms
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices through SAP Concur
  • Maintaining gas usage, production and month-end stock records
  • Providing general administrative cover for the Production team
  • Supporting reception and managing practical office requirements, including post and supplies

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach
  • Confident Excel skills and experience maintaining accurate records
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with managers, suppliers and customers
  • The initiative to solve problems, follow up missing information and keep work moving
  • Experience within agriculture, food production, Quality Assurance or another regulated industry would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with SAP or SAP Concur would also be beneficial
