Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we’re looking for

You'll have experience working within a GLP-regulated environment and a strong understanding of GLP principles. This is an essential requirement for the role. You’ll also have experience of carrying out study, process, and facility audits and a sound working knowledge of quality systems. You’ll be organised and able to manage competing priorities, both while working independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement will be key to your success in this role.

It would be great, although not essential, if you also had:

  • Experience in a bioanalytical laboratory, CRO, or pharmaceutical setting
  • Experience of GCP (while the role is primarily focused on GLP-regulated activities, you will support some GCP-regulated studies)
  • Experience in CSV QA
  • A recognised auditor qualification
