QA Advisor
A full-time role based in Aberdeen, Stavanger, or Oslo.
Role Overview
The QA Advisor will support and improve quality assurance processes for offshore and subsea projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and reviewing project quality plans
- Conducting internal and external audits
- Analysing quality data
- Recommending corrective and preventive actions
The role will collaborate closely with:
- Project managers
- Engineering teams
- HSE personnel
To drive continuous improvement in quality management systems and documentation.

- Contribute to training and guidance on quality procedures
- Promote a strong quality culture across the organisation
Requirements
- A strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Management
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices, including inspection, verification, and documentation of project deliverables
- Experience with Quality Auditing, including planning, executing, and reporting on internal and supplier audits
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting quality data, identifying trends, and recommending improvement actions
- Educated in engineering, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in offshore, subsea, marine construction, or energy sector projects is highly beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements for offshore and subsea operations is an advantage
