Quality Analysts, QA Reviewers & Evaluation Specialists

We are seeking experienced Quality Analysts, Quality Assurance Specialists, Quality Reviewers, QA Professionals, and Evaluation Specialists to review work products, identify issues, and help maintain consistently high quality across projects.

You will evaluate outputs against defined standards and rubrics, document errors clearly, provide actionable feedback, and help improve quality processes over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Review completed work against quality standards, rubrics, guidelines, and acceptance criteria
  • Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, omissions, formatting issues, and quality gaps
  • Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback
  • Evaluate whether outputs fully satisfy task requirements
  • Track recurring errors, failure patterns, and quality trends
  • Support calibration and consistency across reviewers and contributors
  • Help improve quality checklists, review processes, rubrics, and evaluation criteria
  • Perform spot checks, audits, and secondary reviews
  • Escalate unclear or high-risk quality issues when appropriate
  • Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and review records

Requirements

  • Professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, auditing, evaluation, review, data quality, content quality, or a closely related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete work
  • Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback
  • Comfortable following detailed rubrics and structured guidelines
  • Strong analytical and professional judgment
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to adapt to evolving standards and processes

Preferred Background

  • Experience with data annotation or data labeling quality
  • Experience evaluating AI-generated content or model outputs
  • Experience performing second-level or final quality reviews
  • Experience designing or improving rubrics and evaluation guidelines
  • Experience conducting reviewer calibration
  • Experience with quality metrics and reporting
  • Experience identifying systematic error patterns
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams
