Overview
Are you an experienced QA / Test Analyst with a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences? Do you enjoy working across website transformations, CMS implementations, and customer-facing digital platforms? At Expleo, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA professional to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a major website and digital platform initiative.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile digital programme, collaborating with business analysts, developers, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to deliver a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
- Own and maintain test scripts, incorporating feedback from business users and project stakeholders
- Define test scenarios and test cases from high-level business and functional requirements
- Implement and execute functional system, system integration and accessibility tests
- Prepare all test documentation required to support SIT, UAT, regression and release testing activities
- Manage testing cycles, including execution, coordination of testers, issue management and reporting
- Act as an escalation point for testing-related issues and risks
- Monitor overall test coverage and identify potential gaps in quality assurance activities
- Define required test data and ensure appropriate environments are available for testing
- Log, track and manage defects through to resolution using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently
- Produce clear testing metrics, reports and recommendations for project stakeholders
- Support post-release validation and quality assurance activities

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
- ISTQB Foundation Certification desirable
- Additional software testing or accessibility certifications are advantageous
Essential skills
- Strong functional, integration and regression testing experience
- Ability to create detailed test scenarios and test scripts from business requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting skills
- Knowledge of web technologies and cross-browser/device testing methodologies
Experience
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Test Analyst or Software Tester within digital delivery environments
- Experience testing public-facing websites and digital customer journeys
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression and post-release testing activities
- Experience managing defects using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar defect management tools
- Experience working alongside business analysts, developers and project teams
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and external delivery partners
Key Requirement - CMS Testing Experience
One of the most important aspects of this role is previous experience testing CMS-driven websites. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of:
- Kentico
- Xperience by Kentico
- Sitecore
- Umbraco
- Optimizely (Episerver)
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Drupal
- WordPress Enterprise or similar CMS platform
Additionally, experience with accessibility testing and WCAG 2.2 compliance, experience using accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE or Lighthouse, and experience testing website migrations, redesigns or platform upgrades is highly desirable. Experience within regulated or compliance-driven environments, understanding of SEO, analytics validation and customer journey testing, API testing experience, and exposure to modern digital architectures are also advantageous.

What do I need before I apply
- Hybrid Working Model – 3 days onsite in Belfast and 2 days remote.
- This role requires legal authorisation to work in the UK and eligibility for SC-level Clearance.
