About
We're looking for a QA Analyst to join our team at ParkIT in a hands-on software testing role focused on manual testing and validation.
ParkIT is part of BookFlowGo, Holiday Extras Group's B2B parking technology offering. BookFlowGo brings together pre-booking technology, parking operations software and hardware innovation to help airports, cities and mobility hubs run smarter, more efficient parking operations. Together, Parkspace by Chauntry, ParkIT and Future Generation Services (FGS) create a connected parking ecosystem that helps operators maximise revenue, optimise capacity and make parking more seamless for travellers.
At ParkIT, we build software that helps parking operations teams work smarter. ParkIT was created after identifying a need to move complex airport parking operations away from manual, paper-based processes. Today, our technology helps operators make more efficient, data-driven decisions and keep vehicle movements flowing smoothly.
You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering colleagues, helping ensure ParkIT's software meets customer requirements, satisfies its acceptance criteria and is ready for deployment.
AI is becoming a useful part of modern quality assurance. You'll be encouraged to learn and use approved AI tools to expand test ideas, accelerate test-case preparation and streamline troubleshooting, while applying your own observation and judgement to validate every result. Prior professional AI experience is not required.
This is a testing and validation role at its core. We're looking for a thoughtful QA professional who cares deeply about software quality, communicates clearly and remains accountable for every test, defect and recommendation they produce.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Conduct manual testing to validate software against business, customer and project requirements

- Work with Product and Engineering colleagues to understand intended behaviour and turn requirements into clear test conditions and cases
- Use approved AI tools where valuable to expand test scenarios, prepare test cases, improve documentation and support troubleshooting
- Critically review every AI-assisted output for missing edge cases, invented assumptions and misleading conclusions before relying on it
- Execute functional, regression and exploratory testing across relevant environments and browsers
- Create clear, reproducible bug reports in Jira with useful evidence, context and expected behaviour
- Collaborate closely with developers to investigate issues, retest fixes and check relevant regression areas
- Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, whiteboard sessions and the creation of testable acceptance criteria
- Provide clear quality evidence and feedback to support release decisions, and help us continuously improve our testing practices
Requirements
What you can bring to our team

- A strong interest in learning how tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar can improve test scenarios, test cases and troubleshooting. Prior professional use is welcome, not essential
- An awareness of test automation, or tools such as Playwright, JavaScript and TypeScript, is a useful nice-to-have rather than a requirement
- An inquisitive nature, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to complex, rapidly evolving challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a continuous-learning mindset and a deep sense of care and responsibility for your work
