DXC Luxoft Financial Services is looking for an experienced Quality Engineering professional to join a global programme supporting leading investment banks. This is an opportunity to drive modern quality engineering practices across large-scale technology initiatives, helping teams deliver high-quality software through automation, continuous testing, and engineering excellence. You'll work closely with global engineering, product and platform teams while contributing to complex FX and Murex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality engineering practices across complex technology delivery programmes
- Design, develop and enhance automated test frameworks using Java, Playwright, Cucumber and BDD methodologies
- Integrate automated testing and quality gates into GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Lead testing efforts across functional, regression, performance, resilience and end-to-end testing
- Analyse quality metrics and testing outcomes to identify risks and drive continuous improvement
- Support testing activities across FX and Murex platforms, including trade processing, reporting, interfaces and batch operations

Required Experience
- Extensive experience driving Quality Engineering and Test Automation initiatives within complex enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Cucumber and Java-based automation frameworks
- Experience designing, building and maintaining automated test frameworks
- Strong knowledge of GitLab and GitLab CI/CD
- Experience implementing Continuous Testing and pipeline-based quality controls
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and modern software delivery practices
- Experience with Zephyr, TestRail or other enterprise test management tools
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies including Functional, Regression, Performance, Resilience and End-to-End testing
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Ability to review and contribute to code to improve testability and automation coverage
