We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a complex financial services technology environment, driving modern Quality Engineering, test automation and Continuous Testing across critical technology programmes.
Key requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Playwright and Cucumber
- Proven experience building and evolving automation frameworks and integrating them into GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, DevOps and Continuous Testing
- Experience across functional, regression, performance, resilience and E2E testing
- Strong Agile and BDD experience, with tools such as Zephyr, TestRail or equivalent
- Ability to use quality metrics and data to identify risks and drive improvement
- Strong coding capability and confidence working across complex technology environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence engineering teams

Financial Markets experience is highly desirable, particularly FX and Murex. Murex testing experience across trade processing, interfaces, reporting, batch operations and reconciliation would be a strong advantage.
