QA Automation Improvement Lead - London - Urgent Contract
Venquis is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery, QA & Automation Improvement Lead to drive a strategic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) improvement programme. The role will be responsible for establishing best practice Agile delivery, improving sprint performance and predictability, introducing quality engineering disciplines, and implementing automated testing that provides full traceability back to business requirements.

Experience & Expertise
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience leading Agile delivery and SDLC improvement initiatives.
- Strong Scrum, Agile Coaching, and Delivery Governance experience.
- Proven success implementing QA and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, backlog management, and delivery reporting.
- A track record of improving team performance, forecasting accuracy, and delivery quality.
- The ability to influence across development, testing, product, and leadership teams
