QA Campus Manager – Data Centre
Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced QA Campus Manager for a major data centre campus on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor.
This is a senior opportunity to lead Quality Assurance across a large-scale data centre campus, working closely with the project leadership team, contractors, subcontractors and client.
QA Campus Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Assurance strategy across the data centre campus.
- Manage and develop the site Quality team.
- Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and inspection programmes.
- Ensure compliance with client, contractual, and project quality requirements.
- Oversee inspections, audits, NCRs, defects, and corrective actions.
- Monitor subcontractor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate client inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
- Track quality KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Engineering, and Commissioning teams.
- Ensure quality records and documentation are completed through to final handover.

QA Campus Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Lead, Campus Quality Manager, or similar.
- Strong experience within data centres, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or major construction projects.
- Experience managing quality across large-scale projects or campuses.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ITPs, inspections, and testing.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong experience with audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and handover documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment.
