Overview

Vault X is one of the world's fastest-growing premium trading card game accessories brands. Sold worldwide via D2C, marketplaces, and through retail partners across North America and Europe. As we enter our most ambitious chapter of growth yet, we are hiring a Product Quality & Compliance Manager to own product quality and regulatory compliance across every market we sell in. You will define what "good" means for every product we make, prove it through accredited-lab testing, and hold real authority in our processes - including compliance sign-off on every purchase order we place. You'll work directly with our manufacturing partners in China and our third-party inspection and compliance agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Own QC standards across all product categories — AQL levels, inspection checklists, and defect classifications
  • Maintain our golden sample library, and enforce production sign-off against it
  • Run our pre-shipment inspection programme with third-party agencies — approving or rejecting every shipment
  • Own the regulatory requirements map for every market we sell in, working with external agencies to keep it current as regulation evolves
  • Work with our manufacturing partners to commission and source accredited-lab testing and own the test report library
  • Own packaging compliance in every market — on-pack markings, warnings, environmental labelling, and EPR — including PPWR
  • Run corrective action with suppliers when quality fails, and verify the fixes stick
  • Hold the compliance sign-off on every purchase order
  • Report quality performance monthly — returns, defects, and review sentiment by product

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
