Hadean

Hadean is a deep-tech company building cutting-edge distributed computing technology that powers scalable, secure, and interoperable digital environments. Our platform enables real-time simulation and training, mission rehearsal, command & control and digital twin capabilities - transforming the way defence, government agencies and enterprises plan, train, and make decisions.

We work at the forefront of defence innovation, collaborating with global partners to deliver next-generation capabilities that unlock operational advantage.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Hadean, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge dominAI platform. You will be the primary QA resource for the dominAI product team, responsible for embedding quality practices throughout the development lifecycle, from initial story refinement to final deployment. This role is perfect for a QA generalist who excels in the early stages of development, helping to define and clarify acceptance criteria and crafting comprehensive test plans.

You will work in close collaboration with the QA engineer in our other product team. While you will each be responsible for the end-to-end quality for your respective teams, you will collaborate on cross-team initiatives, review each other's work and provide mutual advice. While you will bring a strong focus on test planning and analysis, you will also need a solid foundation in test automation and infrastructure to contribute to our fast-paced, automation-first environment. Looking ahead, as our engineering team grows, there is a clear opportunity for this role to evolve into a leadership position, shaping the future of our QA team and practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
