About The Role
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge cybersecurity SaaS products. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the quality assurance processes that ensure our products meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and user experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing comprehensive testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As part of our collaborative environment, you will have the chance to influence product development from early stages through deployment, ensuring that our solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.

- Experience testing SaaS software products
- Strong knowledge of system, functional, and regression testing
- Familiarity with networking protocols and packet tracing
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in test automation frameworks
- Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
- Ability to work seamlessly across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
- A proactive attitude towards learning
- Stakeholder management skills
- An organized, systematic approach to work
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience testing cybersecurity products
- Knowledge of security testing techniques, API and performance testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted SaaS platforms
- Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent
Responsibilities
The QA Engineer will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality testing outputs aligned with project tickets, stories, and release plans
- Executing comprehensive system, functional, and regression testing across SaaS products
- Identifying and documenting defects with clarity
- Validating fixes to ensure issues are resolved effectively
- Supporting test automation efforts
- Contributing to the continuous enhancement of QA processes
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, support teams, and stakeholders to identify risks, explore edge cases, and challenge assumptions to improve overall product quality
- Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Supporting release planning activities
- Investigating failure points
- Assessing security vulnerabilities
- Providing insights to enhance product security, reliability, and user experience throughout the product lifecycle
