Job Description
We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a QA Engineer at Mifundo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and execute test plans, automate testing processes, and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Web APIs and Web UI.
- Perform API testing to validate functionality, performance, and security of backend services.
- Conduct Web UI testing to ensure a smooth and bug-free user experience across various browsers and devices.
- Create and maintain automated tests for API and UI using relevant testing frameworks and tools.
- Perform end-to-end testing to validate complete user workflows and system integrations.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure test coverage and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in API testing and Web UI testing.
- Test Automation: Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining API and UI test automations.
- End-to-End Testing: Experience in designing and executing end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) and version control systems like Git.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Location: Preferably based in Estonia; EU candidates are welcome.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in the banking/fintech industry is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments is beneficial.
