QA Engineer / Quality Analyst
Our client is a global technology company focused on building products and experiences that connect people through innovative digital and immersive technologies. We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer / Quality Analyst to join a team responsible for the quality, reliability, and release readiness of a large-scale social VR application.
You’ll act as a dedicated quality owner for a mature Unity-based social VR platform, helping ensure weekly releases are stable across VR, mobile, and PC/cloud-streamed experiences.
Location and package
- Contract: 6 months
- Location: Fully Remote – UK
- Salary: £80,000- 90,000 DOE

What You'll Do
- Run smoke, regression, and release testing across multiple platforms.
- Test VR, mobile, and cloud-streamed builds.
- Reproduce crashes, performance issues, and other production defects.
- Write clear, actionable bug reports with reliable reproduction steps.
- Verify fixes and provide go/no-go release recommendations.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, and release checklists.
- Support bug triage and identify opportunities for test automation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' QA experience in gaming, VR/AR, or large-scale consumer applications.
- Strong experience testing Android/mobile devices, including ADB/logcat.
- Experience running regression and release testing to fixed deadlines.
- Excellent bug reporting and communication skills.
- Experience creating test plans and test cases.
- Ability to work independently and communicate risk clearly.
