About Foundation Health

Foundation Health is an AI operating system for pharmacy - built by a team who lived the problem firsthand, not one that came to healthcare from the outside. Every day, prior authorizations delay prescriptions, pharmacists lose hours to paperwork instead of patients, and prescriptions slip through the cracks between health systems. We believe thoughtfully applied AI can finally change that - deep, integrated infrastructure that streamlines how care is coordinated, purpose-built for the complexity of specialty pharmacy.

We're building toward a world where pharmacy teams spend their time on patients, not paperwork - where AI handles the routine so clinicians can focus on what only humans can do. Getting there takes the right people. We're looking for curious, ambitious folks who want to help solve healthcare's hardest problems - for our patients, our partners, and each other.

The Role

You'd be one of the first QA hires in the UK, working alongside our UK QA Lead to build how we do quality here: frameworks, standards and process, with no legacy test debt to dig out of. Everybody here is hands-on, and that's what this role is: in the detail, every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Before anything we build reaches a pharmacist's queue in the US, someone has to decide it's ready. That's you. If you take pride in what ships, and you'll say "this isn't ready" even when everyone wants it out the door, you'll fit right in.

We've built an AI operating system for pharmacies, tackling the operational infrastructure behind things like paperwork and care coordination. It's in production with enterprise health systems across the US, and we're working directly with one of the biggest names in pharmacy.

What you'll actually do

  • Help shape our UK QA practice with the QA Lead: frameworks, standards and how we work day to day
  • Write automated tests in Playwright and test our APIs with Postman, across a serverless stack of Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit and GCP
  • Test AI-powered features in production, including agentic workflows and LLM outputs, and help build the evals that tell us whether they're behaving
  • Do proper manual testing, regression and UAT when a release needs it, and know when that beats automation
  • Work closely with engineers to catch issues early, so moving fast never comes at the cost of the product

Who you are

  • You've got the experience. You have 3+ years in QA or software testing, with solid work on web apps and APIs.
  • You're strong with Playwright. You also have a good instinct for when to automate and when to test by hand.
  • You know what's at stake. You've worked on enterprise products, so you understand what happens when something breaks.
  • You actually use AI. It's already part of how you work, or you've tested AI-powered products and know why it's a different problem.
  • You care about the outcome. Quality matters to you as a result, not as a process to tick off.

The setup

Hybrid, Manchester city centre, 1-2 days a week in the office. When you're working out what "correct" even means for an AI system, a whiteboard and the right three people in a room beat a Slack thread every time.

Not local? We offer relocation support for the right person.

We're Series A, there's early equity, and the work genuinely changes how people get their medication.
