QA Inspector Opportunity in Paddock Wood
We have an opportunity for you to join our team in Paddock Wood as a QA Inspector in Paddock Wood. The Fresh Produce Centre is an established and growth-hungry business, supplying the best quality avocados, Kiwi, and Stone fruit to retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers in the UK and overseas.
About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will assess and report on the quality of our products by carrying out visual, sensory, and technical tests during different stages of the process. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality is absolute premium from the moment the raw product arrives, whilst it is in production, and until the point of dispatch.

Responsibilities
- Communicate any quality issues to line management
- Ensure that the product meets our customer requirements and specifications
- Make accurate decisions on whether the product is perfect enough for our customer
- Advise the business on next steps if the product is not perfect
Requirements
Our Perfect QA Inspector Would Have
- Some experience of working with fresh produce in the past
- A keen eye for detail to spot produce issues
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience of working with Excel and other Microsoft packages (bonus)

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Start times ranging from 5.00am until 8.00am
- Weekend working on a rota basis
