QA Manager | Aseptic Pharmaceuticals
📍 Woking, Surrey | 💼 Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced QA professional looking to step into a highly visible leadership role within a growing aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturer? We're partnering with an innovative pharmaceutical business that plays a critical role in delivering high-quality sterile products to patients. As the company continues to invest in its operations and quality function, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team and help shape the future of the site's quality culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on GMP environment, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to influence quality strategy while remaining close to manufacturing operations.
The Opportunity
As QA Manager, you'll take ownership of the site's Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, MHRA, and internal quality standards while leading a small but highly capable QA team. Working closely with Production, QC, Validation and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in maintaining inspection readiness, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring quality remains at the centre of everything the business does.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
