Job Description
We're looking for a QA Manager to lead and develop our Quality Assurance function, ensuring the highest standards of GMP compliance, product quality, and regulatory excellence across our pharmaceutical operations.

What You'll Be Doing
As QA Manager, you'll provide leadership across Analytical QA, Manufacturing QA, and Compliance QA, ensuring quality systems remain effective, inspection-ready, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
You'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA professionals, creating a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the site's Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing GMP compliance.
- Drive quality initiatives across deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, and risk assessments.
- Review quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.
- Act as a key quality partner to Manufacturing, QC, Development, and Project teams.
- Champion continuous improvement and help deliver strategic quality objectives across the site.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from Quality leaders who have experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment and can confidently balance compliance, team leadership, and business priorities.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience within QA or QC leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations, data integrity, and quality systems.
- Experience managing Quality Management Systems and driving compliance improvements.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- Experience working within pharmaceutical manufacturing or analytical testing environments.

Desirable
- Auditing experience.
- CDMO/CMO industry experience.
- Knowledge of laboratory, manufacturing, and compliance quality systems.
- QP training and/or Lead Auditor qualifications.
