What You'll Do

Reporting to the Quality team, you'll support a range of quality assurance activities across raw material and supplier management. You'll initially focus on quality administration and documentation activities while being trained in broader quality processes, creating opportunities to take on additional responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the migration, maintenance and review of supplier quality documentation within quality management systems.
  • Managing supplier documentation, specifications, safety information and quality records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with raw material and supplier approval activities, ensuring required quality standards and procedures are followed.
  • Supporting the preparation, tracking and filing of Purchase Quality Agreements (PQAs) with suppliers.
  • Conducting routine physical profiling and basic quality assessments on raw material samples.
  • Supporting supplier complaint investigations and follow-up activities while working closely with Procurement, Production and other stakeholders.

You Will Also Bring:

  • A degree in Chemistry, Animal Nutrition, Food Science, Biological Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of technical information accurately.
  • Confidence working with systems, documentation and administrative processes.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across Quality, Procurement, Production and Technical teams.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new quality and regulatory processes.

Experience within quality assurance, laboratory environments, pharmaceuticals, food, feed, animal nutrition or related regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
