QA Officer Quality Audits
Role: Full-time, 12 month fixed term contract (FTC)
Location: Stockley Park, West London
Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits
This role will be based on site 5 days per week
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide direct support to the Team Quality Assurance Officer, ensuring that the supplier and service provider audits are scheduled, arranged, and performed in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
- To provide administrative support to the Quality Audit Team Leader and the Auditor Team as required.
- To assist with collating information and creating the annual Accord global supplier audit schedule.
- To liaise with suppliers and service providers to set up quality audits in accordance with the annual supplier audit schedule including compilation of pre-audit information/preparation received from the Accord Affiliate sites.
- To liaise and regularly communicate with internal departments/functions to obtain required product information to support the audits.
- Quality and Format Review for all on-site audits performed by Accord auditors.
- To support and co-ordinate the completion and closure of all audit records within the specified time frame, chasing up outstanding reports and responses from auditees as required using Windows and Microsoft applications, e.g., SharePoint.
- To maintain accurate and orderly records in relation to audits of suppliers, contractors, etc., and to ensure that all reports are issued within a timely manner.
- Maintenance of Audit Admin Email account, responding to queries, requests for information, and filing of information as required.
- To assist with the weekly, monthly, and quarterly metric tracking.
- Undertake projects and tasks as required.

The Person:
Essential:
- Good keyboard skills, and proven experience of Microsoft Office
- Good communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to work within agreed timescales
- Good planning and organization skills
- Able to communicate with people of all nationalities and cultural backgrounds, where English is not the first language, both orally and written.
- Able to liaise with senior management both internally and externally

Desirable:
- Experience of data entry
- Previous use of SharePoint or similar cloud storage systems
- Good understanding of electronic file management
- Experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry
