About The Role

Do you want to earn a minimum of £16.19 per hour? We’re looking for a QA Process Leader to join our Technical team at our site in Caistor.

40 hours per week.

Tuesday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00.

About The Role

As a Process Leader in the QA Team you will support the QA Manager in ensuring high levels of product quality, safety, legality and traceability. Regularly interacting with staff of all levels to maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Ensuring product safety, quality and legality through effective support of HACCP and Quality systems.
  • Providing day to day support and development of the QA team.
  • Conducting product and traceability checks and maintaining the respective documentation.
  • Completing and supporting with internal and external audits.
  • Maintaining HACCP and Quality systems.
  • Reviewing QA data and ensuring corrective actions are taken.

What We Are Looking For

  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP & quality systems.
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams of all levels.
  • Experience within a food production/manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
