The Role
- Perform high-quality functional and non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, security, UAT) on complex systems within an Agile framework.
- Develop and maintain robust test automation solutions and scripts, championing best practices.
- Create and manage performance, load, and stress testing solutions using standard or open-source tools.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to understand software impacts and provide progress updates.
- Proactively resolve issues and blockers to ensure testing progress.
- Manage defects, ensuring they are effectively triaged and resolved.

What You'll Need
- Experience devising TDD/BDD or Acceptance Test Driven Development strategies using various tools and frameworks.
- Strong Java coding experience and familiarity with automated test frameworks (e.g., Serenity, RestAssured).
- Proficiency with API testing tools, ideally Postman.
- Experience integrating testing into Secure-SDLC and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab).
- Experience testing highly scalable, distributed, cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with formal Test Management tools like Jira/Confluence or ALM.
