About The Role

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join a flagship Data Centre project in Amsterdam and Groningen. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with one of Europe's top contractors on a mission-critical infrastructure development. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure that all mechanical works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Working within a well-structured and supportive team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of this high-profile international project. Qualifications

  • A relevant mechanical, civil, or construction-related qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in a QA/QC role within complex or mission-critical projects, with Data Centre experience considered highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, documentation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, and managing quality reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and standard QA/QC management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel and work internationally as required by project demands.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage comprehensive QA/QC procedures and documentation from project initiation through to final handover, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify that all mechanical works align with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to uphold quality standards and resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Review method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), technical submittals, and other documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor installation activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), oversee corrective actions, and facilitate timely closure of quality issues.
  • Support commissioning and project handover processes by ensuring all QA documentation, Operation & Maintenance manuals, and quality records are complete and accurate.
  • Participate in site quality meetings, audits, and project reviews to continuously improve quality management practices.
