QA/QC CSA Engineer
V7 Recruitment are recruiting for a QA/QC CSA Engineer on behalf of a leading international data centre contractor delivering major hyperscale projects across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in ensuring all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a QA/QC Engineer position on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing inspections, test plans, quality documentation, and NCR processes.
- Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect CSA works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
- Review subcontractor quality submissions, method statements, and inspection records.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits, issuing NCRs where required.
- Support project teams in identifying, managing, and resolving quality issues.
- Work closely with engineers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely close-out of quality matters.
- Verify that materials, installations, and workmanship meet project and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
- Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
- Assist with project handover activities, including QA dossiers, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
