QA/QC Inspector

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) to verify adherence to specifications and European standards.
  • Keep precise inspection records and document quality issues along with corrective measures taken.
  • Ensure adherence to nuclear industry regulations and internal quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols.
  • Work in conjunction with engineering and production teams to address quality-related issues.
  • Promote continuous improvement by recognizing and applying best practices.

Qualifications

  • CSWIP 3.1 Minimum
  • PCN Level 2 PT
  • PCN level 2 MT

Experience

  • Possessing extensive experience as a welding inspector, conducting NDT on welds and assessing them against specifications and established standards.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of ITPs and their requirements.
  • Capable of adhering to procedures and working according to approved drawings, with a strong grasp of industry standards and the ability to complete inspection reports promptly.
  • Collaborates effectively within a dynamic team environment on a demanding project with strict deadlines.
  • Has a proven history of success in large-scale projects within a regulated industry.
