QA/QC Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven QA/QC Manager to lead and develop our quality, compliance, and continuous improvement strategy across our Modular Services division. This is a key role for us, responsible for establishing a best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards, and embedding a culture of quality throughout the business.

Working across design, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and installation activities, you will ensure our Modular Power Pods, E-Houses, LV/MV electrical assemblies, and associated systems consistently meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.

About Us

AVK is the largest and fastest-growing energy solutions company in the data centre industry. We power tomorrow's data. Leading with an innovative approach, we are the ones who provide the power so that data centres run, uninterrupted. Our solutions are vast and comprehensive, giving data centre operators an end-to-end approach.

We're leading the charge in the industry. We launched the first operational microgrid in Europe, we have an offering unique to anyone else's, we've just been named among Deloitte's Best Managed Companies 2026, and we continue to grow in scale, adding valuable employees to our already capable and expert team.

That's where you come in. Ready to join us?

The Role

As QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our integrated quality framework. A key priority will be the selection, implementation, and administration of a company-wide QMS platform, ensuring robust control of processes, documentation, audits, corrective actions, and compliance activities.

You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Projects, HSE, Procurement, Compliance and Supply Chain teams to drive quality excellence and support business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
