As a result, they are now looking to recruit a Quality Control Manager to join their team based in Leek.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Quality professional seeking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement, leading a team, and shaping the business for the future.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to take accountability for QC systems across the company’s site. The successful candidate will lead and develop the QC team, drive manufacturing excellence, and provide advisory support for Quality systems.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a structured, analytical approach to quality control. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory position, one who is passionate about coaching, mentoring and leading a small team. Ideally you will have previous chemical experience and if you have a passion for continuous improvement and leading teams then this role is an excellent fit.

In return the client is offering:
- £40,000pa – £45,000pa salary negotiable doe
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Up to 12% pension contribution
