Job title: QC & Technical Assistant
Description
We’re a fast-growing flexible packaging business expanding our Shepshed, East Midlands site, and we’re looking for a new QC & Technical Assistant to join our technical team.
You’ll own day-to-day quality checks on incoming materials and finished product, while getting hands-on with live customer projects and new product development alongside our Technical Manager.

Responsibilities
- Checking and recording QC on materials and finished goods, flagging issues early
- Supporting technical/customer projects — specifying materials, structures, and print
- Helping trial new materials and document results for product development
