Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects within a Quality Control laboratory. In this role, you will oversee a team of technical specialists, manage laboratory electronic systems (e.g., LIMS, CDS), introduce and maintain equipment and technologies, and ensure compliance with global standards and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of QC Technical Specialists, including performance reviews and resource planning.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of QC equipment and electronic systems.
- Manage the procurement, validation, qualification, and deployment of new or upgraded QC equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity guidelines, and corporate standards for QC operations.
- Develop and maintain a long-term equipment replacement plan to meet testing requirements.
- Oversee new product introductions, method transfers, and compliance with pharmacopeia updates.
- Approve SOPs, training materials, and validation documentation related to QC systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure proper system support and maintenance.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical issues and escalate as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory submissions, and inspections.
- Advocate for data integrity practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Skills And Requirements
- Background in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical QC equipment and electronic systems, including their qualification and validation.
- Experience in managing QC equipment and systems, including acting as a laboratory administrator or end-user.
- Proficiency in GMP guidelines, data integrity requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of advancements in QC equipment and electronic systems.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
