About the Role

Are you hands-on, detail-driven and passionate about creating a safe, high-performing workplace? Do you enjoy being visible on site, influencing behaviours, and making a real difference to how people work every day? If you’re proactive, organised and ready to support a busy operational environment, this could be the role for you.

Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a QHSE Coordinator to join our retail distribution operation in Worksop. This is a busy, high-volume site where safety, quality and service are critical and where you’ll play a key role in supporting the QHSE function and embedding strong standards across the operation. Working closely with the QHSE Manager and site leadership team, you’ll help promote and drive a culture of safety engagement in line with the Road to Zero philosophy and improve performance through the implementation of relevant management systems, current standards and legislation; maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by the identification and control of risks, leading to the prevention of accidents and causes of work-related ill health.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the QHSE Manager with all aspects of health & safety, including audits, inspections and incident investigations
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers and reporting, ensuring compliance data is always up to date
  • Carry out site walks and safety checks, promoting a visible and proactive safety culture
  • Assist with accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions
  • Coordinate contractor documentation, permits and RAMS to ensure safe, controlled site activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
