Company Description
Hadleigh Castings Ltd is a UK-based aluminium foundry specialising in precision sand casting, boxless moulding, CNC machining, inspection, and fully finished aluminium cast components. The company supports engineering buyers and design teams with technically demanding, complex, or geometrically challenging castings, from a few grams up to 300 kg and wall sections down to 2.5 mm locally. Hadleigh Castings offers rapid prototyping and fast turnaround using 3D-printed moulds and cores, supported by in-house CAD/CAM, mould fill simulation, reverse engineering, and extensive inspection capabilities. Its services include laser scanning, CMM measurement, digital X-ray, testing, machining, finishing, and sub-assembly for sectors such as aerospace, automotive, rail, marine, defence, life sciences, and communications. The business combines foundry expertise, technical support, and manufacturing capability to deliver solutions from prototype through to production.

Hadleigh Castings Ltd is recruiting a QHSE Lead to take ownership of Quality and Compliance across our company. This role focuses on driving product quality, reducing scrap, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring our AS9100 systems remain robust and audit-ready. You will also provide oversight of HSE compliance and support to our internal H&S team. If you have strong quality experience in manufacturing or engineering, confidence with audits and corrective actions, and the ability to influence standards on the shop floor, we’d like to hear from you.
