Are you an experienced QHSE Professional looking for an opportunity to join a global marine outfitting company, that works on large vessels and offers an excellent benefits package including an enhanced holiday package and private medical?

The company is a large-scale marine outfitter that provides bespoke interior designs for large vessels and cruise ships, some of their most notable projects have been for Marella Voyager and Holland America cruise lines.

Since launching the company has built up a large client list through their expert project delivery, high-quality service and employee satisfaction.

This role would suit an experienced SHEQ Manager, who is looking to join a growing company that can offer an enhanced pension plan, Travel allowance and early Friday finish.

The Role:

  • Develop and deliver a forward-looking SHEQ strategy aligned with business objectives and global project delivery
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on SHEQ Risks, performance and opportunities
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SHEQ management Systems (including ISO standards)
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure SHEQ is embedded from pre-construction through to delivery.
  • Lead, Mentor and develop the SHEQ team to build capability and engagement.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a senior SHEQ role within Construction, Engineering or a similar project-based environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO standards
  • Qualifications such as NEBOSH
