QHSE Manager - Part Time
Step into an impactful part-time role as a QHSE Manager and help this company build stronger, safer, and more efficient working practices. As the QHSE Manager, you will shape and strengthen quality, health, safety, and environmental systems across everyday operations, while supporting meaningful audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy taking responsibility for compliance, improving processes, and making a tangible difference through clear reporting, this QHSE Manager opportunity is built for you. This is a Part Time position - 3 days a week on site.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the company's QHSE Integrated Business Management System aligned to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Plan and carry out internal audits, and support external audits with the accreditation body
- Develop and improve internal processes and working instructions to keep standards clear and consistent
- Monitor quality by reviewing internal and supplier non-conformances, complaints, and customer satisfaction
- Schedule and support facilities and maintenance visits, ensuring compliance stays on track
- Produce monthly KPI analysis and communicate results, including supporting Management Review Meetings in line with ISO requirements

What You Will Bring:
- A quality assurance qualification from an accredited body (for example CQI, IRCA) and/or an ISO auditing qualification
- At least 5 years of Quality leadership experience, with a proven track record maintaining a QMS and/or BMS
- Strong internal auditing experience and the ability to evaluate information, solve problems, and drive improvements
- Confident knowledge of manufacturing processes, compliance requirements, and how to apply regulations effectively
- Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
