QIS Origination - London

We are working with our client, a leading organisation in the finance sector, to appoint a high-calibre QIS Origination professional to join our client's team in London. This is a permanent position focused on QIS Structuring with a strong origination angle, acting as the bridge between sales and structuring. You will play a pivotal role in supporting sales with the development of client connectivity, particularly across equity-driven strategies, while leveraging any fixed income exposure as an added advantage.

Key Skills & Experience

  • QIS - Quantitative Investment Strategies: Experience designing, structuring or supporting quantitative investment strategies, with an emphasis on robust risk/return profiles and systematic approaches.
  • Origination: Proven ability to originate new ideas and solutions, helping our client's team drive product innovation and enhance the pipeline of opportunities for sales.
  • Structuring: Solid background in financial structuring, translating complex market views into investable products and tailored solutions for institutional and sophisticated clients.
  • Equity Focus: Strong equities experience, comfortable working with equity derivatives, index strategies or equity-linked solutions to support product design and client discussions.
  • London Market Exposure: Familiarity with the London financial markets, collaborating with sales, trading and structuring desks in a fast-paced, front-office environment.
