Director, QIS Structuring / QIS Quant (Equities & Cross-Asset)

Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced QIS Structurer or QIS Quant to join a growing Quantitative Investment Strategies platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, structuring, and implementation of systematic investment solutions, with a primary focus on Equities, while also having exposure across Cross-Asset strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch innovative QIS and systematic investment strategies across equities and multi-asset markets.
- Partner closely with Trading, Sales, Structuring, Quant Research, and Technology teams to deliver scalable investment solutions.
- Conduct quantitative research and back-testing to identify new investment themes and systematic opportunities.
- Structure and package investment strategies into client-facing products, including indices, certificates, notes, and bespoke solutions.
- Develop robust quantitative models and analytics to support strategy performance and risk management.
- Engage directly with institutional clients to discuss strategy construction, methodology, and performance drivers.
- Monitor existing strategies and recommend enhancements based on market developments and client demand.
- Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the QIS platform.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within QIS Structuring, QIS Quant Research, Systematic Investing, Equity Derivatives Structuring, or Quantitative Strategy Development.
- Strong expertise in Equity QIS, Systematic Strategies, Factor Investing, Thematic Investing, or Index Construction.
- Cross-Asset experience (Rates, FX, Credit, Commodities or Multi-Asset) is advantageous.
- Strong quantitative and analytical background with demonstrated experience developing investment strategies.
- Proficiency in Python and quantitative modelling techniques.
- Experience working within a leading investment bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or systematic investment platform.
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.
