QMS Manager - UK Remote
Global Scope | Veterinary Pharmaceuticals

With operations across 27 countries and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for an experienced QMS Manager to lead the governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of our global Quality Management System and Veeva Vault Quality platform. This is an exciting opportunity to combine quality leadership, digital transformation and people management in a role with genuine global impact.
The Opportunity
As the Business System Owner for Veeva Vault Quality, you'll be responsible for ensuring our quality systems support regulatory compliance, operational excellence and business growth across the organisation. Working closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, IT and external partners, you'll lead system enhancements, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a team of QMS professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading governance, development and optimisation of Dechra's global QMS and Veeva Vault Quality platform.
- Driving system effectiveness, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Managing system upgrades, releases, enhancements and validation activities.
- Supporting quality processes including deviations, change controls, complaints, audits and supplier quality management.
- Developing metrics, reporting and performance measures to support decision-making.
- Partnering with global stakeholders to deliver business and digital transformation initiatives.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of QMS Associates and Specialists.
- Championing user adoption, training and best practice across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from professionals with:
- Significant experience within pharmaceutical or regulated life sciences environments.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, GDP and ICH guidelines.
- Experience managing and developing Quality Management Systems.
- Proven expertise with Veeva Cloud Quality (or equivalent quality platforms).
- Experience delivering cross-functional system implementation or transformation projects.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and drive change within a global organisation.
- Leadership experience and a passion for developing people.
