Dot Compliance is an AI-powered cloud software company delivering electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) solutions to life sciences organizations worldwide. Built natively on Salesforce, our platform replaces paper-based quality processes with digital systems that are scalable, compliant, and always audit-ready — helping our customers bring safe products to market faster.
As a Project Manager, you will guide life sciences customers through their digital quality transformation. You will own eQMS implementations end to end, coach customers on quality best practices, and make sure every project delivers measurable value.
You will thrive here if you know your way around life sciences regulatory and quality processes, are technically minded, enjoy presenting and training, and communicate with confidence in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementation projects end to end, keeping scope, timelines, and quality objectives on track.
- Partner with customers to configure and optimize Dot Compliance solutions around their business and compliance requirements.
- Share best practices and provide strategic guidance across the full project lifecycle.
- Run training sessions, workshops, and ongoing coaching to build lasting quality management capability on the customer side.
- Build and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocations.
- Track progress, surface risks early, and drive proactive mitigation.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate customer deliverables — project plans, configuration documentation, and training materials — without compromising accuracy, quality, or compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term customer relationships that outlast the implementation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
