QSCP Strategy Sr Analyst
The QSCP Strategy Sr Analyst provides analytical and project support for supply chain network strategy and Business Development acquisition and divestment opportunities. The role gathers and validates data, builds fact-based analyses and supports recommendations that contribute to robust, secure and cost-effective end-to-end supply strategies. Working within agreed methods, the role supports planning and delivery across network, sourcing, acquisition, integration, divestment and separation activities.
The QSCP Strategy Sr Analyst is a contributing member of the QSCP Strategy & Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments team. The role works with Global and Operating Unit colleagues to support assigned network rationalisation and Business Development projects. The incumbent prepares analysis, tracks actions, documents risks and assumptions, and supports business-case and governance materials.
Key responsibilities
The QSCP Strategy Sr Analyst works with QSCP Global and Business Unit teams and the enterprise Business Development team to provide data analysis, reporting and coordination support for supply network, portfolio and business development initiatives.

- Acquisition and integration support – Coordinate information requests, maintain due-diligence trackers and support analysis of supply options and integration actions.
- Divestment and separation support – Support Reverse Due Diligence, maintain separation plans, cost trackers, transitional service information and market cutover activities
- Data collection and validation – Gather, reconcile and maintain operational, financial and commercial data from agreed sources, resolving gaps with subject-matter experts.
- Network and sourcing analysis – Build standard scenarios and analyses for capacity, sourcing and network questions under guidance from the project lead.
- Business-case support and Project Co-ordination– Prepare data, assumptions, calculations and presentation materials for business cases and governance reviews.
- Capacity planning – Update capacity models, perform sensitivity analysis and highlight exceptions for review.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Relevant experience or placement exposure in consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, supply chain, strategy, finance or business development, normally gained over approximately 2–4 years.
- Experience working with operational, commercial or financial data and producing clear analysis.
- Ability to interpret large volumes of data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, quality, regulatory or financial concepts.
Preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to checking data.
- Generative AI Proficiency: Skilled in using Generative AI tools and advanced prompting techniques to efficiently extract insights, create high-quality outputs and automate or otherwise improve routine activities
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and business-case structure.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present analysis to project colleagues.
- Good organisation and project-coordination skills, including maintaining plans, trackers and actions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation and seek guidance when priorities or requirements are unclear.
- Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, divestments or product transfers is desirable but not essential.
- Awareness of risk-analysis tools and techniques is desirable.
