QSHE Advisor

Location: London

Reporting to: QSHE Director

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive QSHE Advisor to support the delivery of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards across our commercial and critical environments portfolio.

Working closely with operational teams, you'll promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures, conduct audits and investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain QSHE records, logbooks and documentation.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, training and safety briefings.
  • Support compliance with health & safety legislation and ISO management systems.
  • Monitor QSHE performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the business.
  • Provide practical QSHE guidance and support to operational teams.

About You

  • Experience in a QSHE, Health & Safety or HSE Advisor role.
  • Background within Facilities Management, Building Services or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting audits and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • IOSH Membership or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
