QSHE Advisor
Location: London
Reporting to: QSHE Director
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive QSHE Advisor to support the delivery of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards across our commercial and critical environments portfolio.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures, conduct audits and investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Maintain QSHE records, logbooks and documentation.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks, training and safety briefings.
- Support compliance with health & safety legislation and ISO management systems.
- Monitor QSHE performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the business.
- Provide practical QSHE guidance and support to operational teams.

About You
- Experience in a QSHE, Health & Safety or HSE Advisor role.
- Background within Facilities Management, Building Services or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting audits and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- IOSH Membership or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
