QSR Director – EMEA & OSP

Monster Energy x The Advocate Group

West London, Hybrid + International Travel

If you know the QSR world, you’ll know how difficult it is to genuinely open doors across multiple markets.

That is exactly what this role is about.

Monster Energy is partnering with The Advocate Group to appoint a QSR Director, leading the development of major multi-market QSR customers across EMEA & OSP.

The foundations are already there: an iconic global brand, established international infrastructure, senior backing and strong bottling partnerships. What Monster now needs is someone with genuine QSR credibility who can connect customers, master franchisees, bottling partners and local markets to unlock the next phase of growth.

The role

You’ll lead the regional strategy for key multi-market QSR customers and master franchisees, building senior relationships and creating commercial opportunities that can be scaled across markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong commercial experience within QSR
  • International or multi-market customer experience
  • Strong relationships across the QSR ecosystem
  • Experience navigating franchise, bottling and distribution structures
  • Strong negotiation, commercial and analytical capability
