About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a desire to develop and take on senior responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Work closely with department heads to provide financial insight and guidance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement across finance operations
