About The Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice. You will manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed and family businesses, providing high-quality accountancy services and practical commercial advice to support client growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong client relationships.
- Prepare, review and deliver financial accounts.
- Produce management accounts and business reports.
- Provide commercial and financial advice to clients.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning, restructuring and business improvement.
- Support business development through networking and referrals.
- Work with senior leadership to enhance processes and systems.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing accountancy practice role.
- Proven portfolio management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and business advisory skills.
- Experience with accounts preparation software.
- Knowledge of Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
