Job Title: Licensed Conveyancer
Location: London
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 DOE, with flexibility for the right candidate

Role Summary:
An opportunity for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy London property team. You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, including freehold, leasehold and BSA matters, while also supporting the wider team through file sign-offs, holiday cover and guidance to junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Residential Conveyancing: Manage a varied caseload of freehold, leasehold and BSA matters from instruction through to completion.
- File Sign-Off: Provide sign-off support for colleagues, giving you a key role within the wider property team.
- Complex Matters: Take ownership of more complex residential property work and provide support on queries where required.
- Team Support: Help less experienced colleagues develop their technical knowledge and confidence.
- Client Care: Deliver clear, commercially focused advice and maintain a high standard of client service.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development and help strengthen the department’s client relationships.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate files and use the firm’s case management system effectively.

Requirements:
- Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or equivalent qualified conveyancing professional.
- Strong residential conveyancing experience across freehold, leasehold and BSA matters.
- Experience handling files through to completion and the ability to sign off files.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Comfortable supporting and advising junior team members.
- Strong IT and case management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills.
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
