The Role: Bright Flex / Bank Practitioner

Working flexibly, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds:

  • Banking/agency flexibility paired with the stability and benefits of employment
  • Participation in delivering advanced EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) programming through engaging educational and entertaining activities
  • Collaborative support to meet daily operations, including room preparation and tidy-up tasks

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification
  • Preference for relevant experience (e.g., Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, or Childminder)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Passion for making learning enjoyable and child-centred
  • Demonstrable communication skills with both children and adults
  • Strong understanding of early childhood safeguarding and child protection principles
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
