Hartlepool | Full-Time | Long-Term | £155–£170+ per day
Are you a qualified Early Years Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Hartlepool? Milk Education is working with a welcoming school in Hartlepool who are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who loves creating engaging, play-based learning experiences and helping young children build the confidence and foundations they need for their next stage of learning.
🌱 The Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate EYFS learning
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons and activities
- Support children's communication, language and social development
- Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Promote independence, confidence and curiosity
- Work closely with support staff and the wider school team

👩 🏫 We're Looking For:
- QTS or recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working within EYFS / Early Years
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping young children learn and develop
